Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your order number and proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible.
Any return requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
Refunds are only available if your item arrives defective or damaged. In that case, we will replace it with the same item.
We do not offer refunds for personalized items, engraved pieces, custom orders, or change-of-mind reasons.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Only regular-priced items (non-personalized) may be eligible for return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to the address we will provide once you contact us.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
